CrossTalk began in March of 2010 when God clearly whispered ‘tell them I love them’. God opened the doors for us to be able to go into the local jail and as the girls were sent to prison, we continue sowing seeds of spiritual truth to let them grasp the love God has for them, understanding how God makes a beautiful message from our mess.
Our Mission
The mission of Crosstalk is to preach Christ in a spirit of profound common sense, so that incarcerated women may be reconciled to God by Him through the power of His Holy Spirit. We want these women to understand and experience the weaving of the tapestry of love that Jesus Christ will do in their lives, as they are yielded to Him. It is our mission to help women to see Christ in us, and that He is the “hope of glory”. Colossians 1:27-28
Vision Statement
To flood prisons all over with God’s word, via the serving women of Crosstalk who sow seeds through letters written to incarcerated women, so that incarcerated women will be free from the bondage that has held them captive and in turn, share Christ their Healer, with others. The vision of Crosstalk includes a transition house for women, upon their release.
